Axiom International is the parent identity for a group of operating companies. This website is a corporate overview of that group. It is not a shop, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.

Service descriptions, scope, pricing, and deliverables for any specific engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between the client and the relevant operating company. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs.

This site describes divisions at the stage they have actually reached. A division labelled “in development” is not currently offering services and no engagement can be entered into with it on the basis of anything published here.

Axiom Web is the group’s operating division. Its services, pricing, and terms are published at its own website.

Axiom International aims to keep this site accurate and current. It makes no warranty that every statement is complete or up to date at the moment you read it, and it may change or remove content without notice.

No claim is made on this site about clients, revenue, headcount, certifications, awards, or performance results, and none should be inferred. Where work is referenced, it is described as concept or demonstration work rather than as client outcomes.

The Axiom name, the Axiom mark, and the design, copy, and code of this website belong to Axiom International. You may read, share links to, and quote from this site with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, present it as your own, or use the Axiom marks in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.

You agree not to interfere with the operation of this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to systems behind it, or use automated means to place load on it that is disproportionate to normal browsing.

This site links to the operating divisions and may link to other external resources. Axiom International is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of sites it does not operate.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
