What this site does with your data.

Last updated February 2026. This page describes how Axiom International handles the limited data this website actually collects.

What this site collects

This website does not use analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or cookies. No profile of you is built, and nothing you do here is sold or shared.

The only personal information Axiom International receives is what you choose to give when you call. Nothing is collected passively beyond the technical request data described below.

Technical request data

Like every website, this site is delivered by a web server, and that server processes the request your browser makes in order to respond to it. That includes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser’s user-agent string.

This data is used to serve the page, keep the site available, and protect it from abuse. It is not used to identify individuals or to build advertising audiences.

Infrastructure and hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare processes request data on Axiom International’s behalf in order to deliver the site and protect it from malicious traffic. Cloudflare’s own privacy terms govern its processing as an infrastructure provider.

Fonts and third parties

The typefaces used on this site are served from this domain. No third-party font service is contacted when you load a page, so no font provider receives your IP address or browsing behaviour from visiting this site.

There are no embedded videos, social plugins, or third-party widgets on this site.

Information you provide

If you contact Axiom International by telephone, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, to scope and quote work, and to maintain a record of the engagement. It is not added to a marketing list and it is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Retention

Project and enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is needed for the business relationship and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. Technical server logs are retained for a short operational period and then discarded.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may request access to the personal information Axiom International holds about you and ask for it to be corrected.

To make a request, call the number at the top of this page and say what you need.

Governing law

This policy and any dispute arising from use of this website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date. Because the site collects essentially nothing, changes are expected to be rare.
